Production Line
Our company is a science and technology enterprise with 7 patents. And, we had passed the third-party certifiCaterion of ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system.
At present, there are 3 production lines for engine bearing, 2 processing lines for bimetallic bushings & Sleeve, and 1 line for piston pin. The annual processing capacity reaches 4.5 million engine bearings (medium), 2 million bushings/sleeve (medium), and one with a large size piston pin with an annual output of 1 million production line. Among, the bearing processing range is 15-350MM, the bushing processing range is 10-360MM, and the piston pin processing range is 10-180MM.
